Managers skill building workshop

 Managers are very important part of the organization. Therefore , skill development in them is also very essential. Beside the doctor's chamber communication, a manager is expected to analyze the data, forecast their sales and develop the strategy. In order to equip the managers with these skills, three days training was conducted which included  the excel training as well .
