     Methyl Salicylate:

Methyl Salicylate is a rubefacient. It produces reddening of the skin by the dilation of the blood vessels and gives a soothing feeling of warmth. It is also called as counter irritant as it produces its action by counter irritation.

     Linseed Oil:

The Omega-3 found in Linseed Oil is a naturally occuring antiinflammatory agent. It inhibits arachidonic acid induced inflammation.
